Job Summary: | Serves as an expert resource for faculty, the Curriculum Committee, and the Assessment of Student Learning Committee to provide guidance on highly effective curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies that support academic excellence, student success, and the principles of Guided Pathways. |
Essential Functions: | 1. Consults with the Curriculum Committee and faculty to establish and refine learning objectives; share expertise on how best to achieve those objectives, and assist in the development of assessment strategies. |

Accountabilities: | Under the limited supervision of the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center, the Curriculum Designer is responsible for working in collaboration with faculty and staff to ensure that curricula, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies are highly effective and support academic excellence, student success, and the tenets of Guided Pathways. Also works collaboratively with the Project Director, Guided Pathways (Title III). |
